Returns & Replacements

Home and Garden Décor offer manufactures warranty. Due to seasonal availability of products we may offer to exchange items of same or lesser value, or refund in the form of a gift card, or back to the original payment method.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Houseplants, Annuals, Vegetable, & Perennials all sales are final. The only exception is if we make an error with the order. Under certain rare circumstances, returns of factory sealed product may be granted but will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. This policy also includes pre orders.
